摘要
目的对阿奇霉素联合红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎(Mycoplasmal Pneumonia,MP)的疗效进行研究。方法选择本院于2010年7月至2012年7月期间收治的MP患儿63例。将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用阿奇霉素和红霉素联合医治;对照组仅采用阿奇霉素医治。观察组有37例;对照组有26例。观察两组患儿的治疗效果;退热、止咳及住院天数;不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.3%;而对照组总有效率为76.9%,两组疗效相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的平均退热天数(2.1±0.9)d远低于对照组的(3.7±2.2)d,P<0.05;观察组的平均止咳天数(4.6±1.4)d远低于另一组的(7.2±3.1)d,P<0.05;且前者的平均住院天数(6.0±1.5)d也远低于后者的(8.2±4.0)d,P<0.05。两组的不良反应发生情况无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合红霉素的方法医治效果优于单用阿奇霉素的疗法,是安全可靠的治疗方式。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in treatment of the mycoplasma pneumonia( MP) in children. Methods 63 children with MP in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected. All the children were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The observation group were treated with azithromycin and erythromycin; the control group only treated with azithromycin. There were 37 cases in observation group and 26 cases in control group. The treatment efficacy was observed and recorded,as well as time of fever,cough and hospital stay; the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate was 97. 3% in observation group; and the total effective rate was76. 9% in control group. Efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group( P〈0. 05).Moreover,after drug treatment,the average time of fever in observation group was( 2. 1 ± 0. 9) d,which was much lower than the control group of( 3. 7 ± 2. 2) d,P〈0. 05. The average time of cough in observation group was( 4. 6 ± 1. 4) d,which was much lower than the other group of( 7. 2 ± 3. 1) d,P〈0. 05. And the average time of staying in hospital in observation group was( 6. 0 ± 1. 5) d,which was also much lower than the( 8. 2 ±4. 0) d in control group,P〈0. 05. The incidence of adverse effects between two groups was not significantly different( P〉0. 05). Conclusions The clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with erythromycin in treatment of the mycoplasma pneumonia in children is better than azithromycin therapy alone,the combined therapy is reliable and safety.
