摘要
研究酸枣仁散的药效学作用。观察酸枣仁散对小鼠自主活动、协同戊巴比妥钠对小鼠睡眠作用的影响,以及对小鼠耐缺氧能力、耐高温能力和镇痛作用的影响。结果与对照组相比,酸枣仁散可以显著减少小鼠自主活动次数;明显增加戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠时间;显著提高小鼠耐缺氧能力;可提高小鼠的耐高温能力;镇痛效果不明显。结论:酸枣仁散有较好的镇静、催眠、耐缺氧功效。酸枣仁散作为新型饲料添加剂应用于中兽医临床提供实验依据。
The aim of this study was to explore the pharmacodynamics of Suanzaoren San. The effects of Suanzaoren San on the spontaneous motion, on the sleeping time, in cooperation with Nembutal to the hypoxia tolerance, the high temperature tolerance and the analgesic effects in mice were observed. Compared with the control group, Suanzaoren San could remarkably inhibit spontaneous motion, prolong the sleeping time of the mice injected Nembutal and improve the hypoxia tolerance. Suanzaoren San could improve the high temperature tolerance. The analgesic effect of Suanzaoren San was not remarkable. Suanzaoren San has good effectivenesses in sedation, hypnosis and hypoxia tolerance. The results would provide experimental basis for the use of Suanzaoren San in the Chinese veterinary clinical trials as a new feed additive.
