新岭隧道爆破振动施工合理净距探讨

摘要 隧道拓宽工程中,选取合理净距是新建分离式独立双洞隧道设计的关键,尤其是在保证既有隧道安全运营的前提下其重要性更是不言而喻。以杭金衢高速公路新岭隧道拓宽工程为依托,采用数值模拟计算方法,以既有隧道结构受力特征为研究对象,选取爆破振速和衬砌应力为主要控制参数,推导出既有隧道衬砌振速和应力与隧道净距间的对应关系,并依次得出爆破振动施工中新建隧道与既有隧道的合理净距,其可为类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。 In tunnel broadening project, selection of reasonable clear distance is key for design of new separate independent double - portal tunnels, in particular its importance is self - evident on the premise of guaranteeing safe operation of the existing tunnels. Dependent on Xinling Tunnel Broadening Project on Hangzhou- Jinhua- Quzhou Expressway, this paper derives the relationship between lining vibration speed and stress of the existing tunnels and clear distance of tunnels by means of numerical simulation calculation method with stress features of the existing tunnel structures as the object of study and by selecting blasting vibration speed and lining stress as main control parameters, and obtains reasonable clear distances between new tunnels and existing tunnels in order in blasting vibration construction. The study in the paper can provide a reference for design and construction of similar project.
