摘要
价值工程理念指通过研究产品所具有的功能与获得该功能的成本之比值对产品进行全寿命周期分析,并以此确定产品全寿命周期的最低成本。该理念在项目管理中已得到应用,但在公路设计中却鲜有提及。以某2级公路路线方案选择为例,通过对不同路线方案进行功能指数、成本指数分析,介绍价值工程理念应用于公路工程设计中的方案决策思路。
The idea of value engineering refers to life cycle analysis for products by researching the ratio of a function of products to the cost to obtain the function to determine the minimum cost of the product life cycle. This idea has been applied in project management while rarely mentioned in highway design. With some second- class highway route scheme selection as an example, this paper introduces the scheme decision - making thought of the idea of value engineering applied in highway design based on analysis for function and cost indices of different route schemes.
