摘要
韶关市直单位210名公务员压力应付方式的问卷调查结果表明:当前韶关市直单位公务员压力应付方式总体上比较成熟,其中市直单位中年公务员比青年公务员"解决问题"的应付方式略显成熟且差异显著,但在应付方式中的一些非成熟因子中,两者没有明显的差别。
210 civil servants in Shaoguan Straight Unit were selected to measure their copoing style ofpressure by questionnaire survey. The results showed that, the current unit of Shaoguan straight to cope with the pressure of civil servants way was more mature on the whole, and "problem solving" way of straight unit middleaged was more mature and significantly different than the young. But they had no significant difference in other aspect.
