组织公平近十年来研究进展与展望

摘要 组织公平问题是组织存续和发展过程中不可避免的话题,从提出之日起就得到了极大关注。近十年来国内外关于组织公平的研究除了继续关注组织公平问题导致的后果变量之外,更多地集中于中间变量的探讨,以及更多注重总体公平的研究。文章对该领域近十年的国内外文献进行总结,并指出目前研究的不足及今后研究的方向,特别是考虑时间因素和加强纵向研究及干预的研究。
