贲门癌组织中HIF-1α VEGF和CD_(105)的表达及预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和CD105在贲门癌组织中的表达及对预后的影响。方法选择贲门癌组织标本80例和正常贲门组织28例,应用免疫组化的方法检测HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105的表达情况,分析HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105与贲门癌临床病理学特征及预后的关系。结果1HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105在贲门癌组织中的表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);2HIF-1α、VEGF的表达与贲门癌的组织细胞分化程度、肌层浸润深度、TNM分期及局部淋巴结转移之间存在相关性(P<0.05);3CD105的表达与贲门癌的肌层浸润深度、TNM分期及局部淋巴结转移之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。4HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105在贲门癌中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105在贲门癌的发生发展和淋巴转移过程中具有重要意义,与贲门癌临床病理学特征关系密切,联合检测HIF-1α、VEGF和CD105的表达可用于评价贲门癌的恶性生物学行为及预后情况。 Objective To Study hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and the expression of CD105 in gastric cardia carcinoma,clinical significance and prognosis.Methods We have selected the cardia cancer tissue specimens from 80 patients and normal cardiac tissue in 28 cases and tested the HIF-1α,VEGF and CD105 in them. We have analysed the relationship between HIF-1α,VEGF,CD105 and cardiac carcinoma clinical pathology feature.Results 1The HIF-1α,VEGF and CD105 in the cardiac carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissue(P〈0.05);2It is relative between the HIF-1α,VEGF expression and the gastric cardia cancer cell differentiation,the depth of muscle layer invasion,the TNM staging and the regional lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05);3It is relative between the CD105 expression and the depth of muscle layer invasion,the TNM staging and the regional lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05);4The expression of the HIF-1α、VEGF and CD105 in cardiac carcinoma is positive correlation(r=0.285,P〈0.05).Conclusions The HIF-1α,VEGF and CD105 is very important for the gastric cardia cancer and the relationship is closely between the HIF-1α,VEGF,CD105 and the clinical pathology characteristic of the cardiac carcinoma. People can Evaluate the biological behavior of the cardiac carcinoma by testing the expression of the HIF-1α,VEGF and CD105.
