摘要
首钢球团厂一系列120万t/a氧化球团生产线脱硫改造采用了脱硫除尘一体化的密相塔半干法脱硫技术,本文介绍了该技术的特点及关键所在。改造实施后,脱硫系统运行稳定,与主工艺同步运行率达100%,脱硫率达90%,脱硫后烟气SO2浓度<180 mg/m3,达到了环保标准。
The integrated desulphurization and dust removal technology of dense phase tower semi-dry method was adopted for the first series of 1.2 million ton/a oxidized pellet production line in Shougang pelletizing plant,the characteristics and the key points of the technology were introduced in this paper. After the reconstruction was implemented,the operation of the desulfu- rization system is stable, its synchronous operation rate with the main process was up to 100%, the desulfurization rate was up to 90% ,the SO2 concentration of flue gas after desulfurization was 〈 180mg/m3, and the environmental protection standard was at- tained.
