摘要
建立PVC木塑单螺杆挤出机熔融段不同螺槽深度的三维模型。以PVC木塑为原料,使用流变实验结果,通过MATLAB拟合得到物料的粘度模型参数,最后使用FLUENT软件进行数值模拟。通过模拟结果的对比分析,最终得到螺槽深度对PVC木塑单螺杆挤出机熔融段各流场的影响。
The three-dimension model was established in PVC wood-plastics single-screw extruder melting section. U- sing PVC wood-plastics as raw material, based on the rheological experimental results, material viscosity model parameters were obtained by using MATLAB fitting. Finally, the FLUENT software was u^ed for numerical simulation. At last, through the contrastive analysis of the simulation results, the effects of spiral groove depth on the flow field of PVC wood-plastics single-screw extruder melting section were studied.
