汽轮机气动疏水门故障率高的原因分析及处理

摘要 以某公司670 MW超临界燃煤发电机组为例,分析了汽轮机气动疏水门故障率高的原因,给出了针对性的故障处理方法,并提出了预防措施,实施后故障由每次机组启停平均发生16次降低到2.5次,取得了良好的效果。 Taking the 670 MW supercritical coal-fired unit of a company as example,the reason of high fault rate of steam turbine pneumatic drain valve was analyzed. The targeted fault treatment method was given,and preventive measures were proposed. Originally,the faults occurred 16 times in unit start-stop duration in average. After the treatment measures were implemented,the faults occurred 2. 5 times in unit start-stop duration in average. The treatment result is favorable.
