摘要
空空导弹用电动舵机为具有间隙、摩擦等非线性因素的复杂机构,其精确的力学建模技术是空空导弹结构动力学主动设计的关键技术。本文以某型空空导弹电动舵机为实例,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立舵机系统数字模型,研究了摩擦、间隙及螺纹联接对系统静刚度的影响规律,通过对舵机传动系统静刚度特性的理论分析和试验研究,形成了对具有间隙、摩擦强非线性因素复杂机构的建模和分析方法,为导弹结构动力学的主动分析和设计提供了理论基础。
Electric actuator for air-to-air missile is a complex structure with some nonlinear factors,such as clearance and friction. Its precise mechanics modeling technology for electric actuator is the key of missile's structural dynamics active design. Based on the electric actuator for a certain air-to-air missile,digital model of the actuator is established using finite element software-ABAQUS. As friction,clearance and thread connection changing,the influence law on system static stiffness is studied. Through theoretical analysis and experimental research on static stiffness,the method of modeling and analyzing for complex structure with strong nonlinear factors is obtained,which provides theoretical basis for active analysis and design of missile structure dynamics.
