旁路放风系统的数值模拟

摘要 论文就高硫煤由于燃烧生成二氧化硫(SO2)对环境污染严重,同时因其可能产生大量硫会导致窑系统内结皮、结圈以致堵塞,影响水泥的正常生产,采用CFD技术对旁路放风骤冷混合器和分解炉进行了数值模拟。通过分析对比加入旁路放风前后,分解炉部分区域的壁面温度更高了,而且在分解炉燃料分解和燃烧区域,速度场变得更加紊乱了,而在圆筒中心线上部速度场反而均匀些。另外对分解炉-旁路放风系统内SO2进行了分析,根据SO2组分分布可以看出,该系统对减少或者防止SO2的富集具有明显效果。 In this paper,as the high sulfur coal burns and generates SO2 pollution to the environment,at the same time because large amounts of sulfur produced leading the system to kiln crust,the circle and jams,affecting the normal production of cement,we use CFD technology to simulate bypass snort quench mixer and decomposition furnace.Based on the analysis that the bypass snort has been joined,the wall temperature of decomposing furnace is higher,and in the region of the decomposition and fuel combustion,velocity field becomes more disorder,and in the upper cylinder centerline velocity field is uniform instead.In addition to we analyzes SO2 in decomposition furnace— bypass circulating system,based on distribution of SO2 composition as you can see,this system has obvious effect on reducing SO2 concentration.
