摘要
目的探讨房颤射频消融术后高敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的变化与早期复发的关系。方法选择河南科技大学第一附属医院接受环肺静脉电隔离射频消融术的房颤患者108例,并于术前12~24h、术后4h测定所有患者hs—CRP的浓度,根据射频消融术3个月后体表心电图和24h动态心电图监测及临床随访结果,分为房颤复发组和无复发组。测定复发组患者与无复发组患者手术前后血清高敏C反应蛋白的水平。结果两组患者术后hs—CRP的浓度较术前增高;复发组手术前后的hs—CRP的最大差值明显高于无复发组;Logistic多元回归分析显示手术前后基础hs—CRP的最大差值水平与术后心房颤动的早期复发相关,为房颤复发的独立危险因素(P〈0.01)。结论手术前后hs—CRP的最大差值可能与房颤术后的早期复发有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of high sensitive C - reactive protein in patients with atrial fibrillation early recurrence after ablation. Methods Totally 118 patients with atrial fibrillation were received the circumferential pulmonary vein isolation in our hospital, and they were also received high sensitive C - reactive protein examination in 12 - 24 hours before the ablation and after 4 hours. According to the electrocardiogram and the 24 hours Hoher exami- nation results and the clinical follow - up outcomes at the the third months, all the patients were divided into atrial fibril- lation recurrence group and non recurrence group. Compared the high sensitive C - reactive protein levels between recurrence group and non recurrence group before and after ablation. Results Compared to before, serum levels of high sensi- tive C - reactive protein were significantly increased with 4 hours after ablation. Compared to groups, the recurrent group serum levels of maximum difference high sensitive C - reactive protein were significantly increased. The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the maximum difference of before and after ablation in high sensitive C - reactive protein were associated with early recurrence and was an independent risk factor of early recurrence. Conclusion The maxi- mum difference of before and after ablation in high sensitive C - reactive protein were associated with early recurrence.
