鹤壁地区女性感染人类乳头瘤病毒基因型分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查女性人乳头瘤病毒(humanpa pillomavirus,HPV)感染状况、年龄段分布特点。方法收集鹤壁煤业集团总医院妇科门诊宫颈脱落细胞标本1760份,采用核酸分子反向杂交点技术对其进行HPV基因型的检测。结果1760份标本的总阳性率为28.06%,单型阳性率为20.74%,多型阳性率为7.32%,且感染以高危型为主。21—30岁年龄组HPV感染率最高,21—30岁年龄组与31~40岁年龄组感染阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),单型与多型阳性率比较有差异显著性(P〈0.05);高危、低危、混合感染阳性率比较(P〈0.05),高危基因阳性率各年龄组比较(P〉0.05)。结论HPV感染女性在基因型和年龄分布上有一定特点,应根据其特点进行宫颈癌的早期预防。 Objective To study status of infection and distribution characteristics in different age groups of human papilloma virus (HPV). Methods A total of 1760 samples by using polymerase chain reaction combining reverse hybridization technique for detection from gynecological clinic women patients. Results The detectable rate of top 5 types were HPV16(4. 78% ), 52(4. 12% ) ,58(3.63% ) ,53(2. 86% ) ,56(2. 31% ). Of 1760 specimens which were total positive rate was 28.06%, Monotype positive rate was 20. 74% ,polymorphism positive rate was 7.32% ,and high risk type HPV infection was the main type. HPV infection rate of HPV was the highest in 21 to 30 years old age group, positive rate of HPV has statistical significance between :21 -30 years for 31 -40 years (P 〈 0. 05 ). Positive rate of monotype and poly- morphism is significant (P 〈 0.05). 3 types oinfection positive rate comparison was different for higt risk, low risk and mixed type of HPV( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were not significant of among of risk genes all age groups of HPV ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion HPV infection of women distribution has certain characteristics both in the genotype and age, so early prevention of cervical cancer should be done according to the characteristics.
