摘要
针对传统端卸式重型刮板输送机机头推移装置在使用过程中存在的故障率高、维修不方便、影响生产效率的问题,通过对使用工况、现有推移结构等进行分析,研制开发了一种新型分体式机头推移装置。该装置具有强度高、结构轻巧、拆装方便、经济实用等特点,解决了封底式推移部连接螺栓及定位销切断问题,提升了综采生产系统的安全性、可靠性、经济性,并在官地矿得到成功应用,效果良好。
In view of the traditional end unloading type heavy scraper conveyor head pushing device is high fail-ure rate,maintenance inconvenient,directly affects the production efficiency in use.Analyzes the operating condition and existing pushing structure,developes a new type of split type conveyor head pushing device.It has the character-istics of high strength,light structures,convenient disassembly and assembly,economy and practicality and so on, solves the breakage problem of connecting bolt and locating pin in the position of back cover type pushing,promotes the safety,reliability and economy of fully mechanized production system,it has been successfully used in Guandi coal mine,and the effect is good.
