摘要
从强调就业数量的增加转化为就业质量的全面提升是我国就业工作理念的一次战略性转变,对此,非常有必要深入开展提升就业质量的理论探讨和政策研究,这当中,首要任务便是就业质量的评估。文章将在科学把握就业质量内涵的基础上,构建一套综合、科学、适应江苏实际的就业质量评估指标体系,然后对江苏省就业质量进行评估,并在此基础上探讨提高江苏就业质量的对策。
From the emphasis on jobs increasing convert to improve employment quality is a strategic change of employ- ment in our country, which needs us to improve the quality of employment theory and policy research, first of all, research the evaluation of employment quality. In this article, on the basic of grasping the connotation of employment quality scientifically, we construct a set of evaluation index system which is comprehensive, scientific, and adapt to the actual employment quality of Jiangsu, though which evaluate employment quality of Jiangsu province, and then discuss the improvement strategy on the em- ployment quality in Jiangsu province.
