摘要
通过二氧化锗(Ge O2)与氧化石墨烯复合,制备Ge O2/石墨烯(GNs)的纳米复合材料,并研究了该复合材料的形貌结构和电化学性能。结果表明,所得复合材料与碳粉/二氧化锗体系相比,具有较好的分散性能与结晶性能,导电性能也相对较好。
In this paper, Germanium dioxide and Graphene oxide were used to produce composite materials for electrode under the room temperature condition and the effects of graphene on the performance of the composite electrodes were also studied. The results showed that the dispersion, crystallinity and electro-conductivity were much better than those of carbons.
