摘要
以6160型船舶柴油机活塞为例,使用ALGOR软件建立三维有限元模型,对活塞的温度场进行分析研究。研究以有限元分析方法为基础,使用被分解为多个相互联结的点组成的几何模型,进行仿真计算,从而确定活塞上热应力的集中位置。通过分析有限元方法的计算结果,验证了此类活塞设计方案的可行性和设计数据的准确性,为活塞设计的进一步优化提供了理论依据。
Taking the 6160 type ship diesel engine piston as an example, the researcher makes three- dimensional finite element model using ALGOR software and analyzes the piston's temperature field. Based on the finite element analysis method, using the geometric model which includes the decomposed multiple connected points, the researcher conducts simulation calculation, so as to confirm the thermal stress centralized position. Through the analysis of the finite element method results, the research verifies the feasibility of the design scheme and the accuracy of the design data, and provides theoretical basis for piston design's further optimization.
