摘要
高职院校是国家培养技能型人才的主战场,实训场地是高职院校培养高技能型人才的主阵地,实训场地开放式管理模式和理念是体现高职特色、培养高技能人才的重要手段,是培养学生的职业道德、提升职业能力的重要途径。以大连职业技术学院为例,探究实训中心开放式管理模式对培养高技能人才的影响和社会意义,以期不断提高、规范实训中心管理,为高技能型人才培养提供有力支撑。
Vocational College is the main battlefield of a national training skilled personnel. Training area is the main front of vocational college training highly skilled personnel. Open management model and philosophy is an important means in characterizing vocational coUegeand developing highly skilled personnel. It is an important way to cultivate students＂ professional ethics, enhance the professional capabilities. This paper took Dalian Vocational Technical College as an example, explored the impactand social significance of open management training center for training of highly skilled personnel, continuously improved andstandardized training center management, thus provided strong support for the highly skilled talent cultivation .
