摘要
为贯彻落实国家深化医药体制改革精神和福建省住院医师规范化培训实施意见,促进住院医师培训工作更好地服务于福建省医药卫生事业发展的需要、服务于人民群众提高健康水平的需求,全面提高住院医师培训质量,多年来,福建医科大学附属协和医院积极探索、科学实施、稳步推进、全面扎实开展住院医师规范化培训工作,在完善制度、强化过程管理、推进基地师资建设、改革培训考核评价体系等方面进行了管理创新与持续改进实践,取得了明显成效,积累了有益的经验。
For the implementation of the national encouragement on deepening the reform of healthcare system, also for ex- ecutive opinions on resident standardization training in Fujian province, Fujian Medical University Union Hospital has been ac- tively exploring and implementing resident standardization training for many years. It has finished comprehensive solid work and made steady progresses, so as to promote better satisfying work of residency training for the needs of development of phar- maceutical and healthcare system, the demand for improved health level, as well as the comprehensive improvement on quality of resident training in Fujian province. The Union Hospital has obtained some valuable experience on the management of innova- tion and continuous improvement in resident standardization training. It has made obvious achievements on perfecting system, strengthening the process management, promoting the construction of base of the teachers, and reforming training examination evaluation system and so on.
