摘要
设计了一种利用塑料光纤实时监测硝酸钾溶液升温过程中的溶解度和温度的实验装置.利用硝酸钾溶液折射率随浓度改变和塑料光纤受热膨胀两种机制,实现了对溶液温度的实时监测.通过研究温度和溶解度的关系,可以同时监测硝酸钾溶解度.结果表明,在25℃~70℃范围内,输出改变了5dB,测温曲线线性度为0.998 5,溶解度曲线线性度为0.991 5.
Potassium nitrate solubility increases with temperature increasing. The paper puts forward to a experimental facility for real-time monitoring of the solubility and the temperature in the process of heating up based on POF. Making use of the two mechanisms: refractive index of potassium nitrate solution change with concentration, plastic optical fiber thermal expansion. Real-time monitoring of solution temperature is realized. By the relation of temperature and solubility, solubility can also be monitored. The result show that,in the range of 25℃ to 70℃ ,the output changed 5 dB. Linearity of temperature curve is 0. 998 5,1inearity of solubility curve is 0. 991 5.
