设有挡板的机械絮凝池流场模拟分析

摘要 文章对机械絮凝池内设置挡板和不设置挡板情况下的三维流场进行数值模拟计算,分析了不同水力学条件下絮凝池的流体变化及流场分布情况。针对方形絮凝反应池四个角的流速、湍动能均较小,在絮凝反应过程中质量变化和能量交换受到极大阻碍,考虑在反应池的池壁上设置扰流挡板,通过改变此区域的流态来改变流速及湍动能,进而改善絮体颗粒间的碰撞和凝聚作用。
