摘要
介绍了基于单片机IAP15F2K61S2的电动机综合测控及保护装置的软硬件平台的设计。给出了电压电流采集模块、通信模块、电源模块的设计电路图。详细说明了保护原理,硬件构成及软件算法。该装置较之传统继电器保护种类齐全、精准度高,而且价格远低于DSP/ARM结构的保护装置,实用性高,易于推广。经过试验验证,该装置具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性,各项功能均能达到电力行业标准,取得了良好的运行效果。
Design of hardware and software platform for motor protective device based on IAP15F2K61S2 SCM system. The schematic diagrams of current/voltage input circuit, and communication interface, and power module circuit are given in this paper. The protection principle hardware configuration and flow of software were described in detail. The experimental result showed that protection algorithm of the device is good in sensibility and reliability with better running effect. And all functions can reach the power industry standard.
