摘要
介绍了煤矿开采现状,针对煤矿运输设备锈蚀问题,结合磨粒射流技术特点及其除锈机理,提出了应用磨料射流除锈方案,实验表明:除锈压力约20 MPa,喷嘴横移速度约500 mm/min,除锈靶距约70 mm除锈浓度约30%,锈蚀样件除锈效果较好,对进一步拓展其他工程设备除锈具有一定的参考价值。
Introduced the current situation of coal mining, coal transportation equipment for corrosion problems, combined with the abrasive jet technology characteristics and rust removing mechanism, puts forward the application of abrasive jet derusting descaling scheme, experiments show that: the pressure is about 20 MPa, traverse speed of nozzle is about 500 mm,derusting target distance is about 70 mm rust concentration is about 30% ,better corrosion sample derusting effect to further develop other engineering equipment, rust has the certain reference value.
