摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定拉米夫定片含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C1柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.025 mol/L的乙酸铵溶液(5:95),进样量10μL,柱温35℃,检测波长277 nm。结果拉米夫定在8.56~273.8μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率98.9%。结论此方法结果准确、专属性强,可用于该药品的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of lamivudine tablets.Methods An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C1 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)was adopted. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and 0.025 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (5:95). The injection volume was 10μL. The column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results This method had a good linearity in the range of 8.56-273.8μg/mL for lamivudine (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.9 %.Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and specific, which can be used for the quality control of lamivudine tablets.
