摘要
目的在急诊胃出血患者中应用优质护理的体会。方法选取我院收治的急诊胃出血患者110例作为研究对象,随机均分为两组,对照组55例给予常规护理,观察组55例给予优质护理,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.4%,对照组为76.4%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊胃出血患者中使用优质护理临床效果显著,有推广价值。
Objective To explore the experience of applied high quality nursing in patients with emergency gastric bleeding. Methods Selected 110 cases of patients with stomach bleeding and got treatment in emergency department in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into two groups. The 55 cases in control group were given routine nursing, while the 55 cases in observation group received high quality nursing care, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96.4%, and it was 76.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of high quality nursing care in emergency patients with stomach bleeding is remarkable, worth of promotion.
