摘要
为确定路用降温涂层合理的开放交通时间,通过优选多种性能优良的降温功能性材料及辅助材料制备路用降温涂层,对不同类型路用降温涂层降温效果进行研究,测定出不同涂抹量及温度条件下路用降温涂层干燥时间。结果表明:不同类型路用降温涂层降温效果优良,最高降温幅度可达10℃以上;涂抹量为0.8kg·m-2条件下的干燥时间能够满足路用降温涂层开放交通时间的要求;施工温度为20℃时有利于路用降温涂层开放交通。
In order to determine the opening to traffic timing of pavement cooling coating, the cooling effeet of different types of coatings was studied by preparing pavement cooling coating with several materials with excellent performance, and the drying time under different amounts and temperatures was measured. It is found out that the maximum cooling temperature could reach 10 ℃;with an amount of 0.8 kg · m^-2 , the timing of opening to traffic could be satisfied; when constructing at 20 ℃, it will be quicker to resume road service.
