刘家峡水电厂5号机组扩修后稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目前水轮发电机组稳定性问题日益严重,相当一部分水电厂机组在某些运行区域存在振动问题。文中针对刘家峡水电厂5号机组展开试验,研究了引起水轮发电机组运行不稳定的原因,根据刘家峡水电厂机组的实际情况,确定了机组稳定性试验的主要观注测量、测试点的布置以及传感器的选择。针对刘家峡水电厂运行中存在的实际问题,对5号机组分别进行了变转速试验、变励磁试验和变负荷试验。现场试验结果表明:5号机组扩修后,发电机的电磁力平衡状态良好,且机组的振动与蜗壳、顶盖和尾水管内的压力脉动关系密切,但水轮机轴与发电机转子连接不正。 To investigate the operation instability of hydraulic generators in Liujiaxia Hydraulic Power Station, tests were conducted on the No.5 generator unit to find the main factors influencing the instability.According to the actual condition, the main observed parameters and the layout of the measuring points were determined, and the sensors were selected. Tests with variable speed, variable excitation and variable load were conducted, respectively. Test results indicate that the electromagnetic force balance of the generator is in good condition after the overhaul of No.5 unit, and the unit's vibration has close relationship with the pressure fluctuation in volute, roof and tailrace tube, whereas the connection of hydroturbine shaft and the rotor of the generator is not in a line.
