摘要
针对一种新型复合膨润土替代传统无机膨润土进行了造球、预热、焙烧及冶金性能实验室和工业试验研究。结果表明,配加复合型膨润土球团的生球及成品球指标、冶金性能都优于配加无机膨润土的球团;能够降低膨润土的配比,提高球团矿品位,满足球团生产要求。
Both the laboratory and industrial trial study on palletizing, preheating, roasting and metallurgical properties are carried out considering that one new type of composite bentonite can be substitute for the traditional inorganic bentonite. The experimental results show that the indexes of both green pellets and finished pellets with adding composite bentonite and their metallurgical properties are superior to those with adding inorganic bentonite. So the composite bentonite helps to decrease the proportioning ratio of bentonite and improve the grade of pellets and therefore it can meet the requirements for preparing pellets.
