在线调驱技术在海上河流相稠油油田中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 针对目前渤海BZ油田经过长期注水开发,注入水沿高渗层、高渗带突破,油井含水上升快的现状,结合海上平台空间有限的特点,运用"在孔喉处堆积—堵塞—压力升高—变形通过"的在线调驱技术,开展了在线调驱技术的室内研究,并首次在渤海BZ油田展开矿场先导试验。试验结果表明,在线调驱技术有效封堵了稠油油田注水开发过程中的水驱高渗流通道,使后续液体产生液流深部转向,扩大了注入水的波及体积,明显改善了水驱开发效果。同时,在线调驱技术能够在空间狭小的海上平台进行连续、安全的注入,实现动态、深部调驱,是一种新型的海上油田提高采收率技术。 The injected water breakthroughs along high-permeability layers and belts,and water cut of production wells increases rapidly due to long-period waterflooding development of Bohai BZ Oilfield. Combining with the limited space in offshore platform,the 'accumulating in pore-throats-plugging-pressure rising-passing with deformation'online profile control and displacement is used to perform corresponding laboratory experiments and the field pilot test is implemented in Bohai BZ Oilfield for the first time.The test shows that the high-permeability channels in the waterflooding development of heavy oilfield are effectively plugged by online profile control and displacement. The subsequent fluid is steered and water swept volume is increased,which significantly improve waterflooding development. In addition,water can be continuously and safely injected on offshore platform with limited space by on line profile control and displacement,which can achieve dynamic and in-depth profile control. This online profile control and displacement is a new EOR technology for offshore oilfield.
