摘要
火力发电厂膜式管屏间断续鳍片和连续鳍片是较常用的结构。采用数值模拟方法,分析了膜式管屏间断续鳍片和连续鳍片结构的热应力分布情况,对计算结果进行了比较分析,得知断续鳍片可面试降低受热面的热应力,并作为在某些特殊部位使用断续鳍片的理论依据。
The discontinuous fin and continuous fin between membrane wall is the more common structure in thermal power plant. The thermal stress distribution of continuous fin and discontinuous fin are calculated by CFD, according to the calculation, we can get the result that discontinuous fin's thermal stress is lower thann continuous fin's, which is the theoretical basis for using discontinuous fin.
