摘要
为验证薄煤上保护层开采的卸压保护效果,采用相似材料模拟试验,对薄煤保护层开采设计方案进行实验室还原,得到保护层工作面推进过程中支承压力、被保护煤层及保护层底板的应力分布特征。给出被保护层相对保护层开切眼不同位置煤体的受载力学路径、卸压范围,并依据应力保护准则对保护有效性进行判定。依据岩石强度指数及广义胡克定律,计算得到底板导气裂隙带及卸压解吸带的分布范围。以红阳三矿保护层开采方案为例对保护有效性进行前期论证。研究结果表明,采用该保护层开采方案,未起到有效保护作用。
In order to study the protection effect of thin-upper-protective coal layer mining, a physical model was constructed. Through the experimental research, abutment pressure distribution characteristics of protective coal seam, floor stress distribution characteristics and protected coal seam stress distribution characteristics were obtained. According to the position of protected layer relative to the protective layer open off cut, the protected layer coal loading way and pressure relief range were provided. Based on rock strength index and generalized Hooke~ law, the distribution range of floor fractured zone and pressure relief desorption zone were obtained by calculating. Taking Hongyang No. 3 mining program as researching object, the effectiveness of protective coal layer mining was argued. The results show that design of thin- protective coal layer mining did not achieve effective protection.
