摘要
为了促进茶籽粕资源的综合开发与利用,以茶皂素为原料,研究了茶皂素、乙氧基化烷基硫酸纳、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油基葡糖苷和苷椰油酰丙基甜菜碱的加入量对茶皂素洗洁产品去污力的影响情况,确定了茶皂素洗洁产品的最佳配方,并对按最佳配方制备的茶皂素洗洁产品的p H值、稳定性、粘度、总活性物含量等性能指标进行了测定。结果表明:该洗洁产品的表面活性剂含量为16.8%,比国家标准高出1.8%;其p H值在6到7之间(呈中性),对皮肤没有刺激性;其稳定性能优良,粘度适中;其去污力比市售洗洁精高30%左右。该洗洁产品具有冲洗快捷、起泡力强、泡沫稳定而对人体无毒、对环境友好等特点。
In order to promote comprehensive development and utilization of Camellia oleifera seed resources, taking C. oleifera saponin as raw material, effects of adding amount of C. oleifera saponin, ethoxylated alkyl sulfate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoyl glycosides and glycosides cocoamido propyl bet'aine on detergency of C. oleifera saponin cleaning products were studied, the optimal formula of saponin cleaning products was determined, and some property indexes of the cleaning product made by the optimal formula were determined, including pH value, stability, viscosity, and so on. The results showed that the surface activity agent content of the cleaning product was 16.8%, 1.8% higher than the national standard; pH value of the product was between 6 to 7 (neutral), and it was nonirritant to the skin; the product had good stability and moderate viscosity; detergency was about 30% higher than the detergent sold in market; the cleaning product had the characters of quickly rinsing, strong and stable foaming power, non-toxic to humans, and friendly to environment.
