摘要
目的:探讨全科医生及专科住院医生对医学人文素质的认知及人文医学执业能力的情况。方法:对在人民医院老年科进行住院医师第一阶段规范化培训的20名全科医生和21名专科住院医生进行调查。内容为:全科医生或住院医生自评,带教老师对其人文素质的评价,所管患者对其的评价。结果:全科医生对人文医学的认知及部分执业能力低于专科住院医生,差异有统计学意义。结论:在毕业后的住院医师规范化培训过程中,应加强对全科医生人文医学执业能力的培养。
To investigate the cognition and ability on humanistic quality of junior general practitioners and specialists. Methods:The cognition and ability on humanistic quality of 20 junior general practitioners and 21 specialists were investigated. General practitioner and specialists, their teachers, and patients all provided evaluation on GPs or specialists' humanistic quality. Results GP' s cognition and some skills of humanism were significantly worse than specialists'. Conclusion : training should be provided to boost general practitioner' s humanistic capacity.
