摘要 目的:通过对护理学导论课程的教学改革,培养学生的自主学习能力。方法:对2007至2011级共454名学生该课程进行改革,通过理论考核和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:通过教学改革,80%以上的学生在专业认同度、自我管理能力、信息处理能力、合作学习能力以及学习的主动性有了显著的提高。结论:新的教学方式有利于培养学生自主学习能力,但仍需要进一步改进。 Objective : To develop the student' s self-directed learning through teaching reform. Methods : 454 college students were di- vided into self-directed learning group and traditional learning group, and the effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaires. Results: There was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P 〈 0.01 ) in self-directed learning. Conclusion: while the new approach could boost self-directed learning ability of students, further improvement is needed for this approach.
