摘要
表观遗传学主要研究环境因素所致基因表达变化的机制。这种基因表达变化不涉及基因序列的改变,主要由环境造成的DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰改变所致。阿尔茨海默病的发病有内在的表观遗传学机制。研究表明,运动可以改善阿尔茨海默病的相关生理、生化指标,延缓病理进程;而对运动干预阿尔茨海默病的表观遗传学机制的直接研究鲜见报道。从现状、发病机制、表观遗传学、运动干预等方面对阿尔茨海默病的研究做了比较全面的分析,并探讨分析了表观遗传学视角下阿尔茨海默病的运动干预机制,为运动干预阿尔茨海默病的表观遗传学研究及体育运动科学的表观遗传学研究提供了一个新的视角。
Epigenetics study the mechanism of gene expression changes caused by en-vironmental factors. These changes don't link with the changes of gene sequences , a-nd mostly caused by the changes of DNA methylation and histone modification through environmental factors. The epigenetic mechanism is the inner cause of Alzheimer's disease(AD). Studies have shown that exercise can improve related physiological and biochemical indexes, and alleviate the pathological process of AD;but there was few report on the epigenetic mechanism of exercise intervention in AD research. Starting from the present situation of AD, the pathogenesis, epigenetics, exercise interventionresearch, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on AD and analyzes the epigenet-ic mechanism of exercise intervention in AD. It provides a new perspective of epigen-etics to exercise intervention of AD research and sports science research.
