摘要
在新医改背景下,创新卫生管理专业人才培养模式显得尤为迫切。KAQ模式是卫生管理专业人才知识、能力、素质这三种能力协调发展的创新培养模式。按照KAQ人才培养模式培养卫生管理专业人才,一是要优化培养内容和课程体系;二是要以实习基地为依托,加强实践教学环节;三是改革教学评价制度,促使教学评价体系合理化;四是要重视人文精神重要性,推动卫生管理人文化。
