摘要
目的:观察升阳益胃汤合理中丸加减治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选取升阳益胃汤合理中丸水煎口服治疗组20例,设西药对照组20例,柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片口服治疗。结果:中药治疗组:治愈率50%,显效率30%,有效率10%,无效率10%,总有效率为90%。西药对照组:治愈率40%,显效率20%,有效率20%,无效率25%,总有效率为75%。结论:升阳益胃汤合理中丸治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,明显优于西药治疗组。
Objective ： To observe spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of ulcerative colitis clinical studies through the treat- ment of Shengyang Yiwei soup and Lizhong pill. Methods ： To select Shengyang Yiwei soup and Lizhong treatment group 20 cases, comparing with the western medicine 20 cases. The oral administration was willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric - coated met- formin hydrochloride. Results：Chinese medicine treatment group：the cure rate 50% ,the efficiency 30% ,effective rate was 10% , no efficiency by 10%, total effective rate was 90%. Efficiency of the western medicine comparing group：the cure rate 40% , the efficiency 20% ,effective rate was 20% , no efficiency by 25% , total effective rate was 75%. Conclusion ： Shengyang Yiwei soup and Lizhong pill in the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of ulcerative colitis are curative effect and are superior to western medicine treatment group.
