摘要
子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见疾病,近年来其发病率逐年上升,研究认为子宫内膜异位症的发生发展与腹腔氧化作用有关。该文总结子宫内膜异位症患者体内氧化应激的发病机制,结合中药降低体内氧化应激水平的现有研究,推测祛瘀解毒类中药可以降低子宫内膜异位症患者的氧化应激水平,从而为子宫内膜异位症的临床治疗提供新的途径。
Endometriosis is a common disease of tlhe women who are in reproductive age, and in recent years there is an in- creasing tendency in its incidence. Recent studies have suggested that the initiation and development of EM is associated with the oxidative stress in the abdominal cavity. This review summarized the pathogenesis of endometriosis and oxidative stress, combined traditional Chinese medicine to reduce oxidative stress .,inference Quyu Jiedu drugs can reduce oxidative stress levels in patients with endometriosis, which provides a new way for the clinical treatment of endometriosis.
