前驱体加入方法对CH_4/CO_2重整制合成气催化剂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以硝酸盐为前驱体,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用共沉淀水热法,根据前驱体的加入方法不同制备金属复合氧化物催化剂。采用XRD、SEM和H2-TPR及CH4/CO2催化重整反应对催化剂进行表征和催化性能评价。结果表明前躯体加入方法对催化剂的微观形貌、晶型、氧化还原性及催化性能等都有一定的影响,前驱体同时加入有利于增强催化剂抗积炭能力,提高催化剂的稳定性,分开加入可以提高其低温反应活性,但其抗积炭能力下降。 By adding precursors in different ways, different catalysts of metal composite oxides were prepared using the coprecipitation hydrothermal method with nitrates as precursor and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as a template. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM and H2-TPR and their performances for reforming reaction of CH4/CO2 were evaluated. The results showed that the ways adding precursors had a certain effect on the performance of catalyst, including its morphology, crystal form, redox property and catalytic property. It could improve anti-coking ability and stability of catalyst by adding precursors in the same time. However, when the precursors were added at different time, the ability of resistance to carbon deposition would reduce, but the low temperature reactive activation could be improved.
