摘要
对8种海洋膳食纤维的性能进行检测,选出具有高膨胀力及持水力特性的海洋膳食纤维进行复配。以市面常见的4种膳食纤维通便产品和海洋膳食纤维通便产品为对象,研究了它们的特性差别。研究结果表明:海藻酸钠(高黏度)∶卡拉胶(高黏度)=6∶4的产品的膨胀力(13.3 m L/g)、持水力(982%)较高,具有高性价比,可作为海洋膳食纤维通便产品的主配方。添加5%的硬脂酸镁可有效改善产品的流动性。与市面常见4种通便产品相比,海洋膳食纤维通便产品空间结构更为疏松,有更高的持水力(982%)和膨胀力(13.3 m L/g),因此通便效果更佳。
The expansion force and the water holding capacity of 8 kinds of marine dietary fiber were detected , and the fiber with high expansibility and high hydraulic were selected , and the mixer of marine dietary fiber was studied. The different between marine dietary fiber products and 4 kinds of dietary fiber laxative products were researched. The results of research showed that the product with Sodium alginate (high viscosity):carrageenan (high viscosity)=6∶4 had a higher expansion force (13.3 mL/g) and water holding capacity (982%), and had high performance price ratio.The formula can be used as marine dietary fiber laxative products , and Adding 5%magnesium steerages can effectively improve the flow property of powder. Compared with the 4 kinds of dietary fiber laxative products, marine dietary fiber laxative product has higher hydraulic holding (982%), swelling capacity (13.3 mL/g), and had a better laxative effect.
