摘要
采用一维红外光谱并结合二阶导数谱技术,对保山市不同种类的野生白芨进行对比研究,结果表明,它们在一维谱图上差别不大,而在高分辨率的二阶导数谱中有显著的差异.说明用一维红外光谱和二阶导数谱可分析和鉴别不同种类的野生白芨,同时也为野生白芨的真伪鉴别提供了一种快速科学有效的方法。
Using FT-IR spectroscopy and wild Bletilla striata in Baosan contrast second derivative IR and research. The spectroscopy for different kinds of results show that, on the one dimensional spectra difference are not dig. However in the high resolution of the second derivative IR spectroscopy have significant difference. Instructions it can analysis and identify different kinds of wild Bletilla with one dimensional FT-IR spectroscopy and second derivative IR spectroscopy. At the same time, it provides a rapid scientific and effective method for analysis identification of wild Bletilla striata.
