诱发功能性电刺激联合减重步态训练对脑卒中患者步态功能的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究诱发功能性电刺激与减重平板训练同步治疗对脑卒中患者步行功能的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2014年12月我院收治的脑卒中患者60例,随机分成两组各30例。两组均采用规范的常规治疗,对照组在此基础上采用减重平板训练治疗,观察组在此基础上采用步态诱发功能性电刺激与减重平板训练同步治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后步速、左右步幅差、踝关节活动度(AROM)、下肢FMA评分、MBI评分和FAC评分。结果治疗后,两组步速、左右步幅差、踝关节活动度、下肢FMA评分、MBI评分和FAC评分均显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诱发功能性电刺激与减重平板训练同步治疗改善脑卒中步态功能疗效明显优于单用减重平板训练治疗。 Objective To study the effect of triggered functional electrical stimulation(TFES) combined with body weight supported treadmill training(BWSTT) on the gait function of patients with stroke. Methods 60 cases of patients with stroke treated with normative routine treatment in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into 30 cases in each group. The control group was given BWSTT on the base of routine treatment, the observation group received TFES combined with BWSTT. The pace,difference of left and right stride length, range of motion of ankle-joint(AROM), lower limbs FMA score, MBI score and FAC score were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the pace, difference of left and right stride length, AROM,lower limbs FMA score, MBI score and FAC score between two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusions The treatment efficiency of TFES combined with BWSTT was significantly higher than that of simple BWSTT in improving the gait function of patients with stroke.
