摘要 就高压并联电容器装置设计中装置的类型与选择、设备参数选择需加关注的问题和装置保护的完善化等问题展开议论。其中包括缜密论证现行国标有关"电容器并联总容量"和现行电力行标只按电容器组容量"选择避雷器方波电流"的局限性,在新编的国标"装置通用条件"中作出完善化的修正;深入剖析与验证干式串联电抗器缺乏有效保护,力荐在户内装置加装火灾报警与灭火系统,以及通过电抗器本体改造研发新型保护的必要性;通过对并联电容器在线监测系统的研讨,提出电容保护形制和保护配合整定(故障判据)的思路。通过对装置的设计与应用中的若干疑难或尚需改进完善的问题进行梳理,企望对今后的设计开发有所裨益。 In this paper, such issues as type and selection in the design ot high voltage shunt capacitor device, parameters selection and improvement of the device protection are discussed, including careful demonstration the limit of total shunt capacity of capacitor in current China National Standard and selection of rectangular wave current for arrester only as per the capacity of capacitor bank in the present current electrical industrial standard, the optimized correction is made in the General speciftcation of capacitor in the latest issued National Standard and the lack of effective protection of dry type series reactor is analyzed and demonstrated in detail. Moreover, the addition of fire alarm and extinguishing system for the indoor installation and the necessity on the development of new protection through modification of the reactor proper are recommended. Such idea as the form of capacitance protection and protection coordination setting (fault criteria) is proposed through the discussion of online monitoring system of shunt capacitor. It is expected that sort-out of the problem in question and to be improved in the design and application of the device is conductive to the design and development in the future.
