摘要
目的 :评价应用多媒体结合实物模具对行无痛人工流产术患者进行健康教育的效果。方法 :将2013年1-10月在我院门诊施行无痛人工流产术的700例患者根据预约日期的单双序号分为对照组(n=350)和观察组(n=350),两组患者都行常规性健康教育,观察组在此基础上应用多媒体结合实物模具进行健康教育,观察两种不同形式健康教育的实践效果。结果 :两组患者对相关知识知晓率和对服务的总体满意度、术后1个月内性生活恢复率、术后3个月坚持和正确采取避孕措施率、术后6个月重复流产率,均存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 :应用多媒体结合实物模具进行健康教育,能够提高患者的遵医行为及对相关知识的了解,有助于落实有效的避孕措施,维护女性生殖健康,提高生活质量,降低重复流产率;同时也可以提高患者对服务的满意度。
Objective：To explore the effect of multimedia combined with physical mold health education in patients with painless abortion.Methods：Totally 700 outpatients with painless abortion from January to October, 2013 were divided into control group and study group. Both groups underwent routine health education, while the study group added multimedia combined with physical mold health education.We investigated the service effects of both groups. Results：We compared relevant knowledge awareness, overall satisfaction with the service, adherence to the proper usage of contraceptive measures after 3 months, and repeat abortion rate after 6 months between the two groups, and the differences were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Multimedia combined with physical mold health education could improve patients＇ compliance behavior and understanding of relevant knowledge, contribute to the implementation of effective contraceptive measures immediately, reduce repeat abortion rate, enhence women＇s reproductive health, improve their quality of life, and their satisfaction with services.
