不同降温方法对大面积烧伤休克期高热补液量及预后的影响 被引量:2

摘要 大面积烧伤(〉50%)患者休克期由于脱水、电解质紊乱、自主神经功能紊乱等原因均可引起不同程度的发热.少数可引起高热(39.1~41℃),体温越高导致机体水分蒸发量越大。直接影响大面积烧伤休克期补液量,补液量多少又直接影响其预后如休克期平稳度过、多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)等。怎样才能及时、有效地降低大面积烧伤休克期高热患者的体温.减少补液量,提高其预后.是目前亟待解决的课题。
