摘要
正式学习指相关部门或他人为学习者组织、决定、安排的自上而下的学习活动。非正式学习指学习者基于需要、兴趣在日常工作和生活中自我组织、自我决定、自我激励的自下而上的学习活动。正式学习和非正式学习在本质上都是学习,它们位于一个连续的学习谱系内,通过不同的表现形式、作用机制,共同构成了终身学习的完整形态。
The formal learning refers to the top -down learning activities organized, decided and arranged by relevant departments or others, while informal learning refers to the bottom -up learning activities based on learn- ers'needs and interests in their daily life and work where they are self- organized, self- determined, and self- motivated. In essence, both formal learning and Informal learning are related to learning. They stand in a continu- ous spectrum of learning and constitute the complete form of lifelong learning through different forms and mecha-nisms.
