摘要
信访工作关乎社会的和谐与稳定,作为信访组成部分的医院信访,同样关乎医疗秩序和医患关系的良莠。医院信访是增进与患者沟通、解决医疗纠纷(投诉)的重要渠道之一,对于缓解医患矛盾、改善医患关系具有重要意义。通过具体案例介绍了北京市某医院医务社会工作者介入医院信访事项的处理过程,从第三方角度出发,运用专业知识、发挥自身能力、借助社会力量,与医院形成解决信访问题的合力。
Petition work is related to social harmony and stability and hospital petition plays an important role in the medical order and sta-bility in the doctor-patient relationship. Hospital petition is an important way to communicate with patients and help resolve disputes. This article described the process of hospital social worker intervention petition through aispecific case, and the praetice of using professional knowledge, pla-ying their ability and using the spcial forces to form a resultant force of resolving petition problems with the hospital form a third party pespective.
