摘要
钢锚箱是斜拉桥钢桥塔普遍采用的结构形式之一,是港珠澳大桥青州航道桥索塔钢锚箱制作过程中采用的重点、难点及关键工艺技术,如:机床自动划线、锚头加工、端面机加工技术、模块化组装等;同时针对关键工艺制定相应的几何尺寸控制及焊接控制技术,其关键工艺技术的应用提高了制作精度、减少了焊接变形、保证了钢锚箱结构的制作质量,可为类似结构的斜拉桥钢锚箱制作提供借鉴。
Steel anchor box has been widely applied in steel cable-stayed bridge tower. This paper described the difficulties, emphases and crucial techniques of the fabrication process of the Hong Kong--Zhuhai--Macao Bridge in Qingzhou, such as auto-lineation, anchor head machining, end machining, modular assembly and so on. Geometrical dimensions control and welding control technology were proposed aimed at the crucial process, thus reducing welding deformation and ensuring the quality of steel anchor box, which can provide a reference for similar structures.
