摘要
双套筒式烟囱中设有数层钢制检修平台,钢平台施工属于超高空作业,施工难度大,安全风险高。为了解决双套筒式烟囱内钢制检修平台的施工问题,研究应用天梁法施工技术。通过在烟囱混凝土筒壁顶安装天梁作为悬挂支撑点,利用电动升降吊篮作为施工措施平台,进行烟囱内钢平台的施工和安装。分别研究了天梁法的施工工艺流程、提升系统和天梁构造原理,对天梁、钢丝绳及地锚等进行了安全验算;在施工过程中,天梁的制作安装和安全验收给吊篮措施平台作业提供了安全的施工条件。天梁法施工技术成功地解决了烟囱等高耸构筑物内部高空作业的难题,动滑轮和定滑轮的协调配合减小了钢丝绳的受力,措施平台的设置为施工提供了安全保障。充分发挥了卷扬机、地锚、天梁构成系统的优点,安全高效地完成了施工任务,相关施工经验及技术可供同类工程借鉴。
Double-telescopic chimney is equipped with several internal steel maintenance platforms,construction of such platforms are super aerial work with difficulties and high security risk. In order to solve such problems, construction technology with top beam was studied and applied to the construction work. Top beam was constructed in the top of concrete wall of the chimney, which was used as hanging anchors, and electric lifting basket was used as construction platform to construct the steel maintenance platforms. Construction technological process, lifting system,top beam,steel wire rope and ground anchor were studied and designed. The problems of aerial construction work in such super-high structure were successfully solved through the technology with top beam. The force of steel wire rope was reduced by using fixed pulley and movable pulley. Construction platform can provide safe and security. The technology with top beam can accomplish such construction task with lots of advantages, and it may provide a reference for similar projects.
